These terms describe how you may use ExamPrep, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

1. Acceptance
TopBy accessing or using ExamPrep, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you are using ExamPrep on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service. Your continued use after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Accounts
TopYou may be required to create an . You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your Account.
- Eligibility: You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- Misuse: We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.
3. Payments
TopPrices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply based on your location and will be shown at checkout where required. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for purchases and any applicable renewal.
Billing reminders
Optional cookie-based reminder: set a review window for subscription policies.
Unless a refund policy is explicitly stated at the time of purchase, purchases are final to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support before initiating a chargeback.
4. Limitations
TopYou may not use ExamPrep in a way that violates laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or harms others. The following activities are prohibited:
Reverse engineering
Attempting to derive source code, models, prompts, scoring logic, or internal data flows.
Automated scraping
Using bots or scripts to copy content, generate accounts, or overload the service.
Unauthorized sharing
Publishing paid materials, sharing login access, or reselling without written permission.
Interference
Circumventing security, rate limits, access controls, or integrity safeguards.
5. Disputes
TopWe aim to resolve disputes amicably. Please contact support first with a clear description of your issue and relevant evidence. We may request additional information to investigate.
Escalation path
- Contact support and allow reasonable time for response.
- If unresolved, request a supervisory review.
- If still unresolved, you may pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
